Shipping Policy



FREE SHIPPING

All orders placed on our website from customers located within the Continental US qualify for Free Standard Shipping and are delivered between 3 to 5 business days once shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1 business day if received before 1:00 p.m. EST (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you order on a Friday, the processing time may take a bit longer. If you have placed your order during a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed within the next business day.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

 

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email that includes a tracking number and all the shipment details will be automatically sent to you so you will be able to know where your order is at all times.

You can also track the status of your order and delivery date using the 'Chat With Us Now' feature available 24/7 on our website.

 

REFUSED / RETURN TO SENDER SHIPMENTS

Refused & return to sender packages that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient due to the following reasons:

- Incorrect & invalid shipping information (e.g wrong delivery address, wrong contact number)
- Refusal to collect the shipment at designated collection points (for addresses where couriers cannot redeliver to)

These orders are refunded only when the shipment is received back in our warehouse. We will deduct the cost of shipping, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
