RETURN POLICY
At AIRLOCK™, we stand by the effectiveness of our products. If your AIRLOCK™ product doesn’t meet expectations within the first 90 days of purchase, we’re committed to making it right. Here’s how:
- Collaborate with our expert team to troubleshoot and solve any performance issues.
- If the issue can't be resolved, we'll refund the full purchase price for a hassle-free experience.
- To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@airlockusa.com or through our Help Center.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your device in the original packaging.
- Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
- Please note, it may take some days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- For returns not related to product performance, such as a change in circumstances or an accidental extra order, a $10 processing fee plus the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If, after working with our team, it’s determined that installation of your AIRLOCK™ device is impossible due to your specific setup, we offer an exchange for a device better suited to your needs, provided it is within 90 days of purchase. Here’s how it works:
- Contact us at support@airlockusa.com or through our Help Center to explain the issue.
- Our team will assess your setup, and if installation is confirmed to be incompatible, we’ll guide you through exchanging the product for one that fits your system.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label, and once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we’ll ship the replacement device.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of purchase and are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or the option to wait until it’s back in stock.
- If you are exchanging for a lower-priced device (e.g., AIRLOCK™ One to AIRLOCK™ Voyage), we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.
- If you are exchanging for a higher-priced device, we will send you an invoice for the difference, which must be paid before we ship the replacement.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, if you discover any defects or damage, please get in touch with us immediately. This allows us to assess the situation and quickly address the issue.
